Inline Printing

Kempsmith offers flexographic printing inline with all web fed Kempsmith office products converting equipment with three levels of sophistication to meet our customers demanding requirements. The standard flexographic printer utilizes a two roll inking system with full adjustability and the capability to print line copy and charts. The two roll inking system offers operator ease in set up and adjustment. This unit is available in single side printing configuration or a reversible printing set up which allows you to choose between backside or frontside printing, dependent on the job requirements.

For higher quality and finer line work, we offer the encapsulated ink system. This system affords you the selection of finer cell ceramic anilox rolls in conjunction with the double bladed ink metering system for fine line printing screens. This unit includes a recirculating ink pump and ink sump.

We offer an economical logo printer, which is designed speciically for printing a small logo or product number. The logo printer is an economical alternative when a full printer is not required.
